Talk therapy is a psychological treatment that involves talking with a therapist to help clients understand their thoughts and feelings, develop insight into their behaviors, and learn new coping skills. This type of therapy can benefit people of all ages dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. I have provided talk therapy to individuals and families since 2009 and specialize in working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. I utilize a strengths-based approach to help my clients achieve their goals during talk therapy.
